All sales are final.

All products are warrantied against defects in materials for the life time of the item.

All BMH Knives are handmade and therefore will have human error tolerances, inconsistencies, and small blunders. I am human and far from perfect and so are my knives. These knives are my artistic expression and reflect my skill level as a craftsman at the time of purchase. There will be no refunds on anything aesthetic. 

If a product breaks from normal use and conditions, BMHK will fix it. If it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. All warranty work must be approved by Blake. 

The use of your knife as a pry bar, screwdriver, can opener, hammer, etc, voids warranty. This guarantee does not cover finishes, normal wear and tear, damage caused by abuse or neglect to both the knife and/or sheath.

Warranty does not cover rust or natural patina. 

This Warranty does NOT cover normal wear, or modification by the owner or a secondary party. 

WARNING. Knives are SHARP! Maker is not responsible for any injuries inflicted to 

oneself or others by the use or misuse of these products. 

Must be 18 or older to purchase, and all individual is responsible to self educate them selves on local knife laws before ordering from BMHK.
